Joe Schifano, President

Joe Schifano is the president of SIE PROCESS-SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company formed in June 2017 and based in Tampa. He has over two decades of experience in sanitary process engineering design and support.

His professional background is in mechanical engineering and process design. Over the years he has held positions as a senior sales engineer, a plant facility engineer and a sales and engineering manager. That mix of plant-side and supplier-side experience shapes how SIE works.

Much more than a parts and equipment reseller

SIE sells equipment from the leading sanitary manufacturers, but selling is not what makes us useful. It is the applications behind your requests: working out why a pump is cavitating, how a line could be cleaned faster, what a new product will do to an old heat exchanger. That is where we add value to your operation.

Our goal is to put the customer first. We do that by educating customers on new process and technology advances in our industry and by serving their best interests. We rely on your feedback to keep our service and support at the level you need.

What we do

SIE is a full-service provider to the sanitary process industry: maintenance and repair, heat exchanger service, automation and panel building, design-build and turnkey integration, installation and piping and on-site training.

Our process engineers have decades of combined experience in automation, mechanical and electrical engineering, and our designs meet or exceed 3-A, ASME, FDA, OSHA and UL listed standards.

Where we work

We are based in Tampa, which gives us easy and fast access to the whole of Florida and up into Georgia. We also serve customers in Texas and New York. See our open positions in those territories.
