The steel is fine. It's the panel nobody wants to open.
The line runs, mostly. But the person who built the panel left years ago, and every fault since has meant guessing.
What that means for you
- Controls built by the team that designs the process they run.
- Existing panels troubleshot and maintained on site.
- Designs that meet UL listed standards, alongside 3-A, ASME, FDA and OSHA.
Stainless steel moves the product. The control system decides whether it moves correctly. SIE Process-Solutions designs automation for sanitary process lines, builds custom control panels and maintains the panels already in your plant.
Custom panel building
We build control panels to suit the process they run, not the other way round. Because the same team designs the mechanical side of the system, the panel is built knowing exactly which valves, pumps and instruments it has to command.
Automation
Our process engineers have decades of combined experience across automation, mechanical and electrical engineering. Automation is delivered as a standalone project or as one part of a turnkey installation that also covers engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and start-up support.
Panel maintenance
Existing panels need attention too. We troubleshoot and maintain control panels on site, and we supply and install the instrumentation they depend on from Endress+Hauser, Emerson Rosemount, Anderson-Negele and ifm.
Standards
Our designs are built to meet or exceed 3-A, ASME, FDA, OSHA and UL listed standards.
Common questions
Can you automate an existing line, or only new installations?
Both. We take on engineering work to streamline existing applications as well as automation for new turnkey systems.
