The new line is late, and every contractor says it's someone else's part.
Engineering points at the installer, the installer points at the controls, and you are the one explaining the delay.
What that means for you
- One team accountable from first concept to system acceptance.
- A dedicated project manager and process engineer on your project.
- Engineering, installation and automation worked in parallel, which means faster delivery.
A process line built by four contractors has four sets of assumptions in it. SIE Process-Solutions designs and builds sanitary process systems as one team, from the first concept through installation, start-up and system acceptance.
What turnkey means here
Turnkey process integration from SIE includes:
- Engineering
- Project management
- Automation
- Mechanical and electrical installation
- Commissioning
- System start-up support
Design-build, worked in parallel
In our design-build process the engineering, project management and installation teams work in parallel instead of handing off in sequence. That creates cost efficiencies and, more importantly for a plant waiting on capacity, faster delivery.
We build sanitary process and clean-in-place systems, modular systems and automation systems, including valve matrix design and installation.
Engineering
Our process engineers have decades of combined experience in automation, mechanical and electrical engineering. We apply it to process designs that meet or exceed 3-A, ASME, FDA, OSHA and UL listed standards for sanitary, safety and production requirements.
Project management
A dedicated project manager and process engineer work with you to initiate, plan, execute, control and complete the project. Your project manager oversees the entire scope of work and is accountable for workmanship and schedule.
Prefabricated, OEM and custom solutions
Depending on the application, the right answer may be a prefabricated system, an OEM solution or a fully custom design. We will tell you which one we would choose and why.
Common questions
Do you handle the whole project or only the engineering?
The whole project. Turnkey integration covers engineering, project management, automation, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and start-up support.
Which standards do your designs meet?
Our process designs meet or exceed 3-A, ASME, FDA, OSHA and UL listed standards.
