Routine preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance means opening equipment on a planned date instead of an unplanned one. Seals, gaskets, bearings and elastomers are inspected and replaced on a schedule that fits how hard the equipment runs and what it handles. The same visit is the time to catch wear that would otherwise show up later as a leak, a pressure drop or a failed swab.
We set the schedule with your maintenance team and work around your production and sanitation windows.
Onsite troubleshooting
When something is wrong and the cause is not obvious, we troubleshoot at the line. SIE is a technical team first. Our background is in mechanical engineering, plant engineering and process design, and we know the equipment we sell from the inside. That is the difference between a salesperson who can quote a replacement and a technician who can tell you why the original failed.

Both. Routine preventive maintenance and many repairs are done on site. Work that needs a bench is done in one of our local shops.
