Heat exchangers and pasteurization

The plate heat exchanger is where raw and pasteurized product pass within a plate thickness of each other. We provide heat exchanger leak detection and maintenance, and supply gaskets and plates, so that a pinhole is found on a test and not in the product.

Homogenizers, pumps and valves

We service homogenizers, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, and the mix-proof and shut-off valves that route product and cleaning solution through the plant. We sell and service dairy equipment from APV, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, GEA, Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval and Pentair Südmo.

Valve matrices and clean-in-place

Modern dairies route product through valve clusters and clean the whole system in place. SIE designs and installs valve matrices and builds clean-in-place systems, with the automation and control panels to run them.
