| Salary/Compensation: | 45k- 60k per year paid biweekly plus monthly commissions. Salary negotiable.This is a salary plus commission position and is based on working an average of 50 hours per week.
You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Starting one year after the effective date of employment and continuing on an annual basis thereafter, there will be a performance review. There will be a 90-Day Probationary period as a new employee |
| Commissions: | 18% of the gross margin of Distributor Sales to your assigned accounts. Distributor Sales will generally consist of individual sanitary process components such as pumps, valves, fittings, tubing, instrumentation and spare parts which require no assembly, modifications, alterations, design, programming, or other services by SIE ProcessSolutions prior to delivery to the customer. 15% - 20% of the gross margin of Project Sales to your assigned accounts.Project Sales will generally consist of sanitary process and clean-in-place systems which require multiple sanitary process components and substantial engineering, design, installation, assembly, and/or automation to provide a turnkey solution to a customer’s process application. |
